General (Custom Chat Gateway)

1. Description

It is designed to set up the Custom Chat Gateway.

  1. Name;

  2. App Secret;

  3. URI;

  4. Flow schema;

  5. Callback.

1.1. Name

Field is required.

The name displayed in the Chat Gateways page registry is entered here.

1.2. App Secret

Field is required.

A random string that is involved in the signature calculation.

Data can be entered or generated by clicking on the icon image-20240523-064041.png.

The image-20240523-064439.png icon is used to copy the entered data.

Changing this field will abort the integration.

1.3. URI

Field is required.

The unique URI of the account. Webhook on the Webitel side. Generated automatically.

1.4. Flow schema

Here, you choose which Flow will be processed when the Chat Gateway is used.

When you click on the Flow schema field, a drop-down list opens from which the Flow schema is selected. If the required Flow schema is not in the drop-down list, use the Flow schema field as a search field.

Preconditions

  1. Access to the Admin application;

  2. Access to the Chat Gateways section in the Admin application;

  3. Permission to create or edit in the Chat gateways section;

  4. Have at least one Custom Chat Gateway or create a new one.

Steps

 

  1. Click on the field you want to change.

  2. Make the necessary changes.

  3. Click the Save button.
