Time range (Resource groups)

1. Description

It is designed to set when the dialer can call using the selected Communication type.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Add button (Fig.1(1));
  2. Registry (Fig.1(2)).

1.1. Add button

To add a new interval, click the add button - .

1.2. Registry 

Represents a list of time intervals. Intervals are set through the From and To fields. Enter the start and end time of the interval, respectively.

By default, there is one interval in the registry. This interval does not have a delete tool, unlike other intervals. Clicking the button deletes the time interval.

Time intervals must start no earlier than the end time of existing intervals and end no later than other intervals begin or contain a part of another time interval. Otherwise, such changes cannot be saved!

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Resource groups section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the Resource groups section;
  4. The presence of at least one interval.

Steps


  1. Click the add button (Fig.1(1)).
  2. Enter data in the From field and the To field.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

2.2. Remove the interval of the Resource groups

Goal

Remove the interval of the Resource groups

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Resource groups section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the Resource groups section;
  4. The presence of at least one Resource group or the creation of a new one;
  5. The presence of at least two intervals.

Steps


  1. Find the interval to be removed.
  2. Click the delete button in the row of this interval.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

The interval is removed.

2.3. Edit the interval

Edit the interval 

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Resource groups section in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to edit in the Resource groups section;
  4. The presence of at least one Resource group or the creation of a new one;
  5. The presence of at least one interval.

Steps


  1. Find the interval to be changed.
  2. Enter the required data in the From field and the To field.
  3. Click the Save button

Result

Data saved.

The interval has been edited.
