Media files
1. Description
The files that are further used in Webitel are stored here.
It consists of the following elements:
Download files (Fig.1(1));
Search field (Fig.1(2));
Creation tool (Fig.1(3));
Refresh button (Fig.1(4));
Tool for uploading files (Fig.1(5));
Registry (Fig.1(6));
Pagination (Fig.1(7)).

1.1. Download files
Click the Download files button to download all media files.
The download of all files starts after clicking, and information about the download process is displayed (Fig. 2).

The files are downloaded to a media.zip file.
1.2. Search field
The search is performed on the Name column.
1.3. Creation tool
It is used to convert text to audio.
Clicking the button (Fig.1(3)) opens the Text-to-Speech modal window (Fig.3).

1.3.1. Text-to-Speech modal window
The text-to-audio conversion is configured in the modal window.
Consists of fields (Fig.3):
Name;
Cognitive profile;
Text type;
Language;
Voice;
Format;
Text.
1.3.1.1. Name
Here you enter the name of the future file.
1.3.1.2. Cognitive profile
Here you select the voice profile that will convert text to audio.
Clicking on the field opens a drop-down list of Cognitive profiles for Text-to-Speech. More information about Cognitive profiles can be found here.
1.3.1.3. Text type
The following options are available:
Text;
SSML.
1.3.1.4. Language
Here you select the language with which the converter will work. When you click on the field, a drop-list opens that corresponds to the list from the official Microsoft website. You can view this list here.
1.3.1.5. Voice
Here you select the voice that will pronounce the text entered in the Text field.
1.3.1.6. Format
The format in which the audio file will be created.
1.3.1.7. Text
Enter the text that will be converted into sound in this field.
The Generate button converts the text into sound in case of correctly entered data. After generation, you can listen to the obtained result (Fig. 4).

The Save button saves the generated result.
The Close button closes the modal window without saving the data entered in the modal window.
1.4. Refresh button
1.5. Tool for uploading
It is used to upload media files. There are two ways to upload a file:
By dragging and dropping files into the field of the tool for uploading files (Fig.1 (5));
By clicking on the field of the tool for uploading files (Fig.1 (5)) and selecting the necessary file(s) in the window that opens (Fig.5).

After clicking the Open button in the upload tool field or after dragging and dropping file(s), information about the number of files that have been uploaded and the total number of files that should be uploaded is displayed.
1.6. Registry
The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this section, each of which consists of a set of fields:
Checkbox;
Name;
Created;
Format;
Size;
Download Tool (Fig.6(1));
Playback tool (Fig.6(2));
Removal tool (Fig.6(3)).

1.6.2. Name
The name of the media file is displayed here.
1.6.3. Created
The file upload date is displayed here.
1.6.4. Format
The file format is displayed here.
1.6.5. Size
The file size is displayed here.
1.6.6. Playback tool
Depending on the file type, the button may have several options.
Available options:
- for pictures;
- for audio files;
- for video files.
The following file formats are allowed by default: png, mp4, mp3, wav, mpeg, jpeg, docx.
When the button is clicked, the playback bar opens (Fig. 8), and the file is played.

It consists of the following elements:
Play/Pause button (Fig.8(1));
File playback track (Fig.8(2));
File playback volume control tool (Fig.8(3));
Settings button - used to set the file playback speed (Fig.8(4));
File download tool (Fig.8(5));
Close button (Fig.8(6)).
When the button is clicked, the image opens.
1.6.7. Download Tool
When you click on the button, the file of the selected record is downloaded.
