Resources (Progressive Dialer)

1.Ā Description

It is designed to add a Resource Group to the Queue.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Search fieldĀ (Fig.1(1));
  2. Creation tool (Fig.1(2));
  3. Refresh buttonĀ (Fig.1(3));
  4. RegistryĀ (Fig.1(4));
  5. PaginationĀ (Fig.1(5)).

1.1. Search field

The search is performed on the NameĀ column.

It consists of an input field and a close button () displayed when the cursor is placed in the input field. To search by part of a word or a number, use the * symbol. You can also use the *Ā character to replace any number of characters.

1.2. Creation toolĀ 

Click the add button to add a new Resource Group (Fig. 1 (2)). The Resource group modal window opens (Fig. 2) after clicking the add button, Ā which consists of the following elements:

1.3. Refresh button

Updating the register table is performed by clicking on the refresh button -

(Fig.1 (3)).

1.4. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this partition, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. Checkbox;
  2. Name;
  3. Communication type;
  4. Editing tool;
  5. Removal tool.

1.4.1. Checkbox

Use to select one or more entries. An additional removal tool appears after selecting one or more entries. Information about the number of records selected for deletion appears when you hover over this tool.

1.4.2. Name

The name of the Resource Group is displayed here.

1.4.3.Communication type

Displays the communication type of the Resource Group.

1.4.4. Editing tool

The Resource group modal window opens (Fig. 2) after clicking the edit button .

1.4.5. Removal tool

It is used to remove a Resource Group from the registry entries. After you click the remove button , the Resource Group entry is removed.

1.5. Pagination

It consists of the RowsĀ per page field, which indicates the number of entries (it is possible to set from 1 to 1000) per page, and forward and backward buttons for switching pages.

2.1. Add a Resource Group to the Queue

Goal

Add a Resource Group to the Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues partition;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one.

Steps


  1. Click on the add button - . Resource groupĀ modal window opens.
  2. Click on the Resource group field. A drop-down list of existing Resource Groups opens.
  3. Choose the required Resource Group. The dropdown list is closed. The SaveĀ button becomes active.
  4. Click on the SaveĀ button.

Result

The modal window closes. Data saved. A Resource Group entry has been added to the registry.

2.2. Remove the Resource Group from the Queue

Goal

Remove the Resource Group from the Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues partition;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one;
  5. At least one Resource Group entry.Ā 

Steps


  1. Find the entry of the Resource Group you want to remove.
  2. Click the remove button - .

Result

The Resource Group is removed from the registry entries.

2.3. Change the Resource Group in the Queue

Goal

Ā Change the Resource Group in the Queue

Preconditions
  1. Access to the Admin application;
  2. Access to the Queues partition in the Admin application;
  3. Permission to create or edit in the Queues partition;
  4. The presence of a Queue or the creation of a new one;
  5. Have at least one Resource Group entry.Ā 

Steps


  1. Find the Resource Group entry to change.
  2. Click the edit button . The Resource group modal window opens.
  3. Click on the Resource group field. A drop-down list opens.
  4. Select a different Resource Group from the list. The SaveĀ button becomes active.

Result

The modal window closes. The Resource Group changed.
