Supervisors (Teams)

1. Description

It is designed to assign Supervisors to a Team.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Search field(Fig.1(1));

  2. Creation tool (Fig.1(2));

  3. Refresh button (Fig.1(3));

  4. Registry (Fig.1(4));

  5. Pagination (Fig.1(5)).

1.1. Search field

The search is performed on the Name column.

1.2. Creation tool

Click the add button to add a Supervisor. The Add supervisor modal window (Fig. 2) opens after clicking the add button. It consists of the Agent field and the Add and Close buttons.

When you click on the Agent field, a drop-down list opens from which the Supervisor is selected. If the required Supervisor is not in the drop-down list, use the Agent field as a search field.

1.4. Registry

The registry is a list of entries of existing objects in this section, each of which consists of a set of fields:

  1. Checkbox;

  2. Name;

  3. Subordinate agents tool;

  4. Editing tool;

  5. Removal tool.

1.4.2. Name

The name of the Supervisor is displayed here. Clicking on a supervisor's name opens that supervisor's General tab.

1.4.3. Subordinate agents tool

It is used to view the list of subordinate Agents of this Supervisor who are added to the Agents tab of the Team.

The Subordinate agents modal window opens (Fig. 4) after clicking the button. It displays subordinate Agents of the Supervisor.

The Edit supervisor modal window opens (Fig. 3) after clicking the button.

Preconditions

  1. Access to the Admin application;

  2. Access to the Teams section in the Admin application;

  3. Permission to create in the Teams section.

  4. The presence of a Team or the creation of a new one;

  5. The presence of a Supervisor.

Steps

 

  1. Click the button. The Add supervisor modal window opens.

  2. Click on the Agent field. A drop-down list of Agents opens.

  3. Select the required Supervisor. The drop-down list is closed.

  4. Click the Add button.

2.2. Remove a Supervisor from the Team

Preconditions

  1. Access to the Admin application;

  2. Access to the Teams section in the Admin application;

  3. Permission to select and delete in the Teams section;

  4. The presence of a Team or the creation of a new one;

  5. The presence of a Supervisor in the registry.

Steps

 

  1. Find the Supervisor you want to delete in the registry;

  2. Click the delete button - . A modal window opens to confirm the deletion;

  3. Click the Yes button.

Result

The modal window closes. The Supervisor removed from the registry

Preconditions

  1. Access to the Admin application;

  2. Access to the Teams section in the Admin application;

  3. Permission to select in the Teams section;

  4. The presence of a Team or the creation of a new one;

  5. The presence of a Supervisor in the registry.

Steps

 

  1. Find an entry about the Supervisor whose list of subordinates you want to view.

  2. Click the button.

The Subordinate agents modal window opens.
