Managed by operations

1. Description

Intended for additional action permission settings in a specific section.

The settings configured here are applied when the Objects page switch Managed by operations is in the enabled position.

Global permissions from the Role permissions page take priority over the permissions configured on the Managed by operations page!

These permissions include Select, Update, Delete, and Add. This means that if the Role permissions page grants permission to edit, but editing is forbidden on the Managed by operations page, a User with that Role will still be able to edit.

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Search field (Fig.1(1));

  2. Refresh button (Fig.1(2));

  3. Add tool (Fig.1(3));

  4. Registry (Fig.1(4));

  5. Pagination (Fig.1(5)).

1.4. Registry

Consists of columns:

  • Grantee — the name of the Role, or User, to which the rights are assigned. Depending on the icon, you can determine whether it is a Role or a User:   — the Role, — the User;

  • Create — this column assigns permission to create new entries in a particular section;

  • Read — this column assigns permission to read (the ability to view) entries in a particular section;

  • Edit — this column assigns permission to edit entries in a particular section;

  • Delete — this column assigns permission to delete entries in a particular section.

There are three choices in the columns:

  • Allow — allows the operation specified in the column heading;

  • Allow with delegation — allows an operation and can assign that operation to another User or Role;

  • Forbidden — forbidden the operation specified in the column heading.
