Chat (Web chat)
1. Description
It is designed to set up a web chat.
It consists of the following elements (Fig.1):
Enable;
Read Timeout (sec);
Flow;
Write Timeout (sec);
Handshake Timeout (sec);
Open Timeout;
Open Timeout Sec;
Max media size (Mb).

1.1. Enable
The switch is responsible for displaying the chat on the site page according to the position of the switch:
- chat is displayed;
- chat is not displayed.
1.2. Read Timeout (sec)
The timeout is applied when the connection is established—entered in seconds. The link is terminated if no data is received from the server during this timeout. It affects that the chat is preserved when the page is refreshed.
1.3. Flow
Here you choose which Flow will be processed when the Chat Gateway is used.
When you click on the Flow field, a drop-down list opens from which the flow is selected. If the required flow is not in the drop-down list, use the Flow field as a search field.

1.4. Write Timeout (sec)
Applicable from the moment the connection is established. The contact is terminated if no data arrives at the server during this timeout. It is entered in seconds.
1.5. Handshake Timeout (sec)
Enter the number of seconds to establish a secure connection. If there is no connection within the entered time, the chat will not work. It is entered in seconds. Recommended value is 10 sec.
1.6. Open Timeout
The switch is responsible for opening the chat window with a delay, according to the switch position:
- the chat window opens with a delay after the time entered in the Open Timeout Sec field;
- the chat window opens without delay. The window opens immediately upon entering the page.
1.7. Open Timeout Sec
The Open Timeout Sec field is active when the Open Timeout switch is active.
Enter in the field the amount of time after which the window will open in seconds.
1.8. Max media size (Mb)
Here enter the maximum file size that can be transferred. Enter in megabytes.
