Record session
1. Description
Allows recording of a phone conversation.
This component is present in flow types like:
Voice.
The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.
1.1. Record session block
The block consists of the following elements:
The name of the component;
In branch — receiving (connecting with the previous block) branch;
Out branch — outgoing (connecting with the following block) branch. When hovering over the Out field, a switch appears. The switch allows this component to be connected to a component that already has a connection.
The presence of an icon indicates that the switch is on, and this component can be connected to a component that already has a connection.
Changing the switch position removes the outgoing branch of this component.
The button deletes the block from the Flow Schema.
1.2. Record session settings panel
It consists of the following elements:
Action;
Bridged;
Follow transfer;
Min sec;
Stereo;
Type;
Break;
Limit;
Add description.
1.2.1. Action
When you click on the Action field, a drop-down list opens from which you need to select a value. Available value:
start
- enables call recording;
stop
- disables call recording. It can be used to prohibit recording a conversation with a specific user/subscriber.
1.2.2. Bridged
Responsible for recording after connecting the subscriber with the operator (Leg-A c Leg-B).
- recording starts after the subscriber connects with the Agent;
- recording starts from the start of the call.
1.2.3. Follow transfer
This switch is responsible for recording the conversation after transferring the call to another Agent.
- recording continues after transfer;
- recording ends after transfer.
If the Follow transfer switch is in the off position, then the recording stops, but in the following scheme, the call recording after the transfer can be configured.
1.2.4. Min sec
Here you enter the minimum talk time, the record of which will be stored on the server. If the conversation lasted less than you entered this field, such a conversation would not be saved.
1.2.5. Stereo
It is used to record a conversation on two channels. One channel is the Agent's speech; the other is the subscriber's speech. The conversation is recorded in one file; when listening to the file, two channels are displayed.

It is recommended to set the Stereo switch to the on position for better speech recognition.
1.2.6. Type
It is designed to select the format in which the conversation will be recorded.
