1. Description

Outbound Task Queue - an outgoing Queue of tasks. A task is any entity assigned to an Agent according to the rules.

It consists of the following tabs:

• General;

• Parameters;

• Buckets;

• Hooks;

• Variables;

• Permissions;

• Logs.

Permissions and Logs tabs are available after entering the data in the required fields and saving and for existing Queues.
