1. Description

The Chat Inbound Queue is used to receive text messages from Subscribers.

It consists of the following tabs:

• Parameters:
• Processing:
• Agents:
• Skills:
• Hooks:
• Variables:
• Permissions:
• Logs.

Permissions and Logs tabs are available after entering the data in the required fields and saving and for existing Queues.
