Trigger

1. Description

It is used, for example, to allow for additional checks after the end of the Flow scheme.

This component is present in flow types like:

  • Voice.

The block (Fig.1(1)) is used in space to build the Flow. The settings panel for this component opens (Fig.1(2)) when you click on the block.

1.1. Trigger block

The block consists of the following elements:

  1. The name of the component;

  2. action branch.

1.2. Trigger settings panel

It consists of the following elements:

  1. Trigger;

  2. Break;

  3. Limit;

  4. Add description.

1.2.1. Trigger

When you click on the field, a drop-down list opens from which you need to select a trigger.

The following triggers are available:

  • disconnected — always executed when the Flow scheme ends or when the call or chat ends.
